Michael is the Content Development Specialist for United Way of Collier County, and he is responsible for researching, imagining, aggregating, writing and publishing the ongoing story of United Way and its impact in communities and around our county. He is driven by a need to empathize; to put himself in another’s shoes and imagine how they feel without judgement. United Way provides the opportunity to both understand his community and share the stories that make Collier the best place to live in Florida.
By working collaboratively with marketing, communications and other internal stakeholders to create the most compelling stories and narratives that will drive awareness, Michael develops content to earn loyalty from our core audiences, such as corporate partners, individual donors, policymakers, community leaders and strategic segments. A recent addition to our team, he has already generated several blog articles and helped produce our new Live United flagship video.
He has created a variety of content across digital and traditional platforms, including blog posts, brochures, infographics, fact sheets, website copy, social media, success stories, scripts and template communications tools for our United Way. Michael focuses to develop and cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver communications strategies that clearly articulate and help shape relationships with United Way’s core audiences. Look out for Michael in your local publication or even on the news as we unveil new and exciting programs and events.
