David Gordley

David has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, middle market and commercial real estate lending as well as treasury management services. He relocated to Naples in 2005 and has been a very active leader and volunteer in the local community, graduating from Leadership Florida in 2016. Originally from Ohio, he graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

David has served as the Commercial Banking Group manager for Collier County since joining the company in May of 2011, and as Naples Market President since 2013.  With over 30 years of banking experience, his primary responsibility is to lead iBERIABANK in the growth of the Company within Collier County, including all marketing, sales, revenue and expense initiatives.  His diverse banking background also includes leadership and management positions in corporate, middle market, large corporate, commercial real estate and treasury services with super regional, regional and community banks. 

Since moving to Naples in 2005, David has become a leader in the community and currently serves as a board member of United Way Collier County, the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, Children’s Advocacy Center of Collier County, Fifth Avenue Business District, and The Partnership for Collier Future Economy.  He is also a member of the leadership council for SCORE Naples and member of the resource development committee for the Naples Art Association, as well as a past board member of the Friends of Rookery Bay. He and his wife, Carrie, have two beautiful daughters named Ellie and Anna. With his skills and experience in the markets both in and around Naples, David is an invaluable resource to United Way of Collier County and the community they serve.
