Alexis de Tocqueville Society
United Way of America initiated in March of 1984, the Alexis de Tocqueville Society. Designed to deeper the understanding, commitment and support of individuals to United Ways and to recognize deep commitment to services. Memberships to the society are for those givers who contribute at least $10,000.00 or more annually to United Way. These generous donors are listed in our National Alexis de Tocqueville Membership Registry and Membership Directory.
