Publix 2006 Campaign Kick-Off
Each year, the Publix Supermarkets United Way Campaign blasts off with a County-Wide Celebration. This year the event was held at the Elks club with well over one hundred Publix Managers and Associates in Attendance. Chuck Roskovich, Publix Regional Director, was the featured speaker. Following the presentations, the Publix Associates had the opportunity to visit with all thirty of our member agencies at the adjoining Agency Fair to learn where their contributions were going to improve thousands of lives in our community. Publix continues to be our leading supporter, last year raising over $600,000.00 for the United Way of Collier County.
